A police officer was asked the defendant, who did the beating of a wife to the husband.

Police: "What the husband said to you this morning"
Wife: "He said, 'now what time is Jane?"

Police: "then why are you angry and beat up your husband because of the question."

Wife: "because my name is Anne"
