what do you know the fastest?

An Human Resources manager is screening applicants for one vacancy in the office. After reading the entire file an application that comes in, he finds a suitable candidate for 4 people. He decided to call the 4th person and ask one question only. Their answers will be the determinant of whether it will be accepted or not.

The day arrived and the 4th person is already sitting neatly in the interview room. The Manager plainly ask a question:
